NATALIE CONROY; 22 Greenhouse Lane; Map 33 Lot 33: Follow up: Relocate the existing house and guesthouse to locations that meet the minimum 25-foot setback distance from the lot lines. The structures will be approximately 26 feet from the edge of the coastal bank. A new water well will also be installed. The project has been approved by the Conservation Commission with special conditions. The activity is in the Atlantic Ocean shore zone. |
